Halloween Weekend at Grand Lake - Oct 30, 2025

Gooood Morning!

If you didn’t blow away, you are in for a treat - and maybe a trick, lol!

Weather people say it will be a great weekend at the lake for all of those ghoulishly grand times you’ve got planned.

Which is nice…

And give me until next Thursday, and then I should have all of the Christmas and holiday-related and even New Year’s Eve events updated on the website. Parades, celebrations, parties, and more.

Oh, and don’t forget to set those clocks back an hour when you go to bed Saturday night!

Also… there are Trunk or Treats all over the place on Friday and Saturday. Just drive around and you’ll find more candy than you know what to do with.

This Weekend at Grand Lake

Lake Level - The lake level as of 7 am is 742.1’ with no generation happening. Lake temps are mostly in the low 60s… and dropping!

Music By The Lake - Enjoy a cozy Fall night on Grand Lake with live music from Jimmy Lee Jordan & Cobe at Lakeshore Bliss Resort tonight (Thursday!) from 6–9. Grab a bowl of chili, relax by the water, and take in the sunset sounds of great local music. Lakeshore Bliss Resort is located at the back of Duck Creek, right at the Highway 85 bridge.

Grove Chamber - Join the Grove Area Chamber for a Business After Hours & Halloween Party at Tri-State Insurance tonight (Thursday!) from 5–6:30 PM, featuring networking, treats, and festive fun. (You should RSVP if you haven’t already). Then stop by the Chamber Open House tomorrow, Friday, from 10 AM–1 PM to visit the team, enjoy refreshments, and learn more about what’s happening in Grove.

Halloween Extravaganza - Head to Tera Miranda Resort on Monkey Island on Friday starting at 4 pm for a fun-filled evening of Trunk or Treating, bouncy castles, vendor booths, costume contests, live music, and great food from the Quarterdeck. A perfect Halloween celebration for all ages on the shores of Grand Lake! FYI, Saturday will then be the last day of the season at The Quarterdeck…

Harvest Hollow - The Grove Community Playmakers are hosting a fun-filled afternoon of mystery and fall festivities! Help solve the case of the missing Giant Pumpkin while enjoying arts and crafts, games, and prizes for the whole family. Happening Saturday, from 1–4 PM at the Playmakers Theatre in Downtown Grove.

Crawl-O-Ween - Head to Disney Main Street on Saturday for Crawloween, a family-friendly night of trick-or-treating, food trucks, and fun from 4–7 PM, followed by the Drive-Through Spook Trail on Construction Road after dark. Enjoy contests for best costumes, decorated rigs, pets, and more—it’s a spooky good time for all ages! (Hwy 28 through Disney will be closed/rerouted from 3:30 to 7 pm)

Fall Workday - Rescheduled from last Saturday, it is time to roll up your sleeves and help keep Lendonwood Gardens beautiful at the annual Fall Workday THIS Saturday. Volunteers of all ages and abilities are welcome to join in from 8:30 a.m. to around 2 p.m., with coffee, donuts, and lunch provided. No gardening experience needed—just a willingness to pitch in and have fun!
