Good Morning!
It’s a warm and beautiful Monday morning here at World Headquarters near Ketchum.
It was loud on Saturday with Aquapalooza being in the neighborhood. Shoot, there were boats out there rafted out in the back of Ketchum Cove at 8 am.
That’s not really my bag but more power to you if it is yours.
Anyway, there is going to be another raft out this weekend in Ketchum Cove, as part of a Splash Bash & Cobalt Owner’s Appreciation Party through Arrowhead.
This one will be closer to Hammerhead Marina - just head into Ketchum Cove and you won’t be able to miss it.
But we’ve got a week to get through before that, so here is what is coming up this week at Grand Lake:

The Fox Cabin @ Morey’s Landing has availability this coming week and the next for your last-minute end-of-summer getaway! Lake Level - As of 7 am, the lake level is 744.02’ with little to no generationno generation. Water temps remain summertime warm.
Libraries Love Lakes - July is Lakes Appreciation Month, and this Tuesday, July 18th, from 6 to 8 pm, the Grove Public Library is showing how Libraries Love Lakes by hosting a Landscaping for Water Quality workshop. GRDA will provide information on how land use changes can help improve water quality and they will have rain barrels to give away to 25 lake area residents! More details and get registered HERE.
Har-Ber Village - This Thursday, July 20, the Village will be reopening for your touring pleasure after being shut down since that Father’s Day storm a few weeks ago. There may be a few exhibits closed and still under construction, but there will be plenty to see. Besides, under construction means more wonderful new things to see next season!
Chamber Banquet - The Grove Area Chamber annual banquet is Thursday evening at 5:30 at Legacy Event Center in Grove. If you want to go and haven’t RSVP’d, you probably should do that presto pronto.
Yoga - Instructor Missy Martin is now hosting an additional Yoga class on Thursday nights at 6 at the Black Oak Barn at Thousand Oaks Resort south of Langley. This is a donation-based class, just like the Saturday morning class, and is open to all. Mats are even provided. Whether you are experienced in the practice, or a new guy (or gal) like me, everyone is welcome. Namaste.
