This Weekend at Grand Lake
Closing out April means we are one month closer to summer!
Good Morning!
It’s a rainy Thursday morning here at the lake, but it looks like it’s about to move out and things will be looking up for the weekend. Sweet!
This is one of those Grand Lake sandwich weekends - there were a ton of things happening last weekend, and next weekend is the first weekend in May and brings all sorts of fun things.
But this weekend… eh, it’s a little quiet.
That’s OK - that makes it a perfect weekend to catch a few crappie, maybe give the boat a rubdown, and just do a little Grand Lake chillin’.
Don’t get me wrong. There is still stuff happening… and you runners better make note of the 5k across the dam on Saturday (more on that below).
Speaking of stuff going on - I’ve been doing my best to keep the Events page on the website filled up with things to come.
What I’m not finding, though, is any info on any upcoming raft-outs and on the water concerts.
Is that not a thing anymore? What’s up with that?
Aquapalooza is happening on July 15th, but other than that, I can’t find any confirmed dates for anything.
If you know something - let me know.
And, here is what you need to know for this last weekend in April at Grand Lake!
