This Weekend at Grand Lake - Nov 13, 2025
A beautiful November weekend ahead!

Gooood Morning!
It froze everything a few days ago, and now the November weather is again seasonally warm and beautiful.
I went for a walk yesterday and it was just about perfect, just warm enough where no coat or anything kind of sweatshirt was needed, but you didn’t get hot at all, and it was calm, and sunny, and peaceful with nothing but the sounds of birds, and planes, and boats.
Well, a few leaf blowers and mowers, but what are you gonna do…
But that was yesterday, and today we look to a new Grand Lake weekend, with more seasonal fun and shopping events (this time at the South end) to be had.
Hey, real quick, I screwed up last week and gave you a link to an old and not updated Facebook page for the sponsor, Secluded Country Cottages. So, let me correct that.
HERE is a link to the current and active Facebook page for this great little cabin getaway. Click that link and go like their page and stay up to date on what they have going on.
Anyway, get out there, enjoy the weather, and buy and support local this holiday season.
And to help you do that, here is what you need to know for this weekend at Grand Lake!
Featured Sponsor: Beau’s Market & Deli
If you haven’t made it to Beau’s in Langley yet, you’re missing out on one of South Grand Lake’s best local spots! I stopped by earlier this week to work for a couple of hours, and the place was buzzing the whole time — friends gathering over coffee, a busy lunch crowd, folks browsing the market’s seasonal décor, and plenty of people stocking up on local meats, treats, and holiday goodies.
Beau’s has become a true community hub — warm, welcoming, and always delicious.
Tonight (Thursday!), Beau’s is one of the featured stops in the Fall Into the Holidaze shopping event, complete with a Chili Bar, Egg Nog, free gift-wrapping, and more.
Whether you drop by tonight or plan a visit soon, make your way to Beau’s in Langley — you’ll be so glad you did!
Oh… and don’t forget about their awesome Sunday Brunch Buffet!

Harvest & Holly Craft Festival - Church on the Lake, located just east of Ketchum on Hwy 85, is hosting its annual craft fair and festival this Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm. It used to be the Autumn Moon Harvest Festival, and now it is the Harvest & Holly Craft Festival. But the goodness remains, whatever they call it. Crafts, vendors, food, and even live entertainment. Don’t miss it.
Candy Cane Corner Outdoor Market - Stop by Salty Sisters Salon & Boutique in Grove for their Christmas Open House and outdoor vendor market on Saturday starting at 10 am, featuring local vendors, live holiday music, and plenty of festive fun.
